No liability will be taken in the event of accident, injury, loss or damage to person and property. The customer is responsible for his or her own (travel)-insurance.

Travellers with FlevoBirdwatching must have their own Travel Insurance. FlevoBirdwatching, its owners, agents and employees give notice that they act only as agents for owners, contractors and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or other related travel services, and assume no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting from: delays and expenses arising from strikes, thefts and force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled and changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control.

Medical information:
Participation on a FlevoBirdwatching tour requires that you are in generally good health. Persons with any medical problems or dietary restrictions must make those known to us well before departure. Illness or injury that arise during the trip will not give cause for a refund.
